4. How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Item

Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate the desired size or color in your email to customer service. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
