Shipping Policy
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that transit times are measured in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During sale events and holidays, there may be delays due to increased order volume.
Warehouse Pickup
Pickup orders are usually processed in 1 business day and you'll get an email when your order is ready. Wait for this before heading to the store and be sure to bring a valid photo ID and your order number.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number shortly after your order ships. To track your package, click the link in the tracking email or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
