Chest Measure

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.

Keep the tape level and make sure it's not too tight or too loose.
Body Length

Find the highest point of your shoulder.

Measure straight down from this point to the bottom of the desired garment length.
Arm Length

Locate the center point of your back, halfway between your shoulders.

Measure straight down from this point to your wrist, along the inside of your arm.

Bend your elbow slightly to ensure an accurate measurement.
Note: For more accurate measurements, consider having someone else assist you.
